The Adrian Abrahams team has for more than 20 years developed specialized knowledge and expertise acting for clients in jurisdictions including the Family Law Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Supreme Court, County Court and local Magistrates’ Courts (Family Violence (Protection) Act) and child related matters in Victoria and Interstate.
The team has over this time worked hard to achieve a satisfactory and cost-effective outcome for our clients and we now focus specifically on Family Law and related issues, having continued to act for clients to achieve landmark judgments in the development of Family, De-Facto and Same-Sex legislation.
